Is retailer business and ledger data isolated and secure?

Yes. Data Partner enforces multi-tenant Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Retailers only view their own inventory and ledgers. Distributors only manage their allocated territory. Passwords use cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 salting fully compliant with India's DPDP Act 2023.

Under our standard commercial policy, retailers have a 7-day dispute window from voucher approval to flag any discrepancy via their dashboard. After 7 days, statements are digitally reconciled and archived into immutable audit ledgers.
